About Me

I am a licensed mental health counselor and a certified group psychotherapist.  I provide sex therapy, individual, and group psychotherapy. Our first appointment is a chance for us to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy at this time.  It’s an opportunity to see if it would make sense for us to work together as well as see if my skills are appropriate to meet your clinical needs.

I offer both short and long term treatment. An average length for short-term treatment is 1 to 6 sessions. Longer treatment may extend from 6 months to 1 year, or more depending on the degree of change you seek. You and I will regularly assess your progress and will modify treatment accordingly.

My clinical practice includes a focus on sex therapy, "sex addiction" (out-of-control sexual behavior) and treating sexually abused men. I also treat a range of other clinical issues including:

  • depression

  • anxiety
